LEADERSHIP TEAM

There is nothing more precious than your child — and we take that responsibility to heart. When you entrust us with their care, we know you’re placing incredible trust in our hands.

Our leadership team brings over 70 years of combined experience in camping and youth development. Together, we’re dedicated to giving campers the freedom to explore, grow, and gain independence — all within a structure of safety.

At the center of everything we do is one simple word: CARE. We care about your child’s well-being, their happiness, and their unique spark. Every camper is known, seen, and celebrated for exactly who they are.

We’re proudly independent, women-owned-and-operated, and intentionally small — about 200 campers at a time — which means you’ll always have a direct line to one of our Directors.
